Operations Specialist 

Role profile

The selected candidate will be an integral part of the Operations Team and in charge of the whole process from the moment the business is agreed between seller and buyer until the moment the seller receives the total payment from the buyer. The process involves logistics, collections and customer service duties.

Candidate profile / Key skills

  • Minimum of three (03) years’ experience as a logistics representative / specialist. Candidates with experience in shipping lines, brokers and forwarded companies will have a plus.
  • Knowledge in incoterms, payment terms and logistics
  • Good organisational skills with the ability of working goals oriented and prioritise work flows
  • Self-starter; proactive and works with a sense of urgency to identify and prioritize critical tasks.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Very good skills in attention to details and analytics
    Interested in growing, learning and contributing in a dynamic environment.
